The Replicon app is a cloud based time tracking solution that allows employee to record and manage time and expense data, project management, Client billing, Invoicing, reporting and
payroll processing across thousands of businesses worldwide with employees across multiple
locations and time zones.
CUSTOMERS:
7,800 businesses; such as manufacturing, hospitality, hospitals such as Sutter health, Devry university, Financial firm Moody’s, tech companies like Dropbox, Yelp, Facebook.
HIGHLIGHTS
- As Lead Product Designer and Design Evangelist at Replicon, I advocated for design thinking across the organization and focused on a user-centered design approach.
- Crafted User research programs, design processes and UX strategies that informed and influenced Replicon's ecosystem.
- Led cross functional teams and worked directly with CEO’S, engineers and product managers to deliver a strategic and consistent end-to-end experience on multiple devices, increasing efficiency and productivity for many companies.
- Led efforts to build a UI component library to add consistent features instantly
- Have taken six major web application (SAAS), multi-device IOS and Android App from concept to launch.
- Specialized in designing systems that can grow and scale over time. Some of the notable projects are Smart notifications, Easy invoicing, Time tracking to name a few.
- Managed design priorities on Trello and created JIRA dashboards for design visibility across multiple different disciplines
